Phoenix Group of Virginia is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business that provides expert Asset Management services and products to both the U.S Government and commercial first responder and emergency management sector. We developed the Damage Control Inventory Management and Stowage System (DCIMSS) as a result of the USS Cole attack in 1991. DCIMSS offers a complete overhaul and restructuring of the damage control lockers and firefighting equipment. Phoenix group has completed installations on nearly half the US NAVY fleet and all the Carriers.

Phoenix Group developed and incorporated the Total Asset Visibility and Logistics Support System (TAVALSS) for FEMA first responders. TAVALSS manages and tracks cache equipment and supplies, stores and report Task Force personnel data, expedites activities during activation, and effectively supports logistics operations during catastrophic events. Phoenix Group has also developed SENTINEL, an web based inventory management system that tracks personnel as well.

Phoenix Group is also a sub-contractor for the National Ship Transfer and Repair (NSTAR) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract. Our experienced staff oversees the purchase, storage, and shipment of a vast array of products and gear.
