Description of Duties:

Must have current or recent experience within two (2) years unless designated below.

Ability to utilize computers including the Microsoft Office Suite for compiling information for reports and history files. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.

Common Assessment Procedure (CAP) support: 

•Full time on-site HM&E background SME to manage the HM&E CAP process for CNRMC.
•CAP process functions include but are not limited to the following:
•Maintain CAP guide plan weekly by M&SWP download of CMP tasks and update plan with any new or deleted tasks. Ensure each new/deleted MRC in the force revision is accounted for in the M&SWP CMP tasks.
• Execute the CNRMC directed six phase CAP process for the development/review of systems/subsystems. The six phase process includes (Information Gathering, Review and Socialize, Conference, Implementation, Sustainment, and Update).
• Facilitate CAP fast dive and deep dive e-mail and tele-conference meetings between RMCs, CNRMC, SURFMEPP, NSLC, ISEAs, TYCOMs, and NAVSEA Technical Warrant Holders.
•Submit TFBRs to PMSMIS with reference to MRC discrepancies. Provide CMP procedure feedback forms for discussion with the TSRA working group for CMP task discrepancies, and configuration discrepancies identified during fast and quick dives.
•Attend the monthly TSRA working group meetings.
•Receive, review, and provide recommendations to the TSRA working group on all CMP procedure feedback forms received from the VST.

Special Requirements:

High School or GED
