Atlantic Science and Technology Corp., (AS&T) was incorporated as a privately held corporation in July 1984 in the state of New Jersey. In June 2000, AS&T became a wholly owned subsidiary of L-3 Communications AS&T rapidly emerged as a leading small business involved in engineering services, computer systems, configuration management, software development, facilities management and operations, technical documentation and integrated logistic services. The company currently operates from 3 sites in the continental U.S. and employs approximately 175 people. AS&T's operating locations are as follows:

  • Moorestown, New Jersey (Lockheed Martin Gov. Electronic Systems Unit)
  • Houston, Texas (Johnson Space Center)

AS&T has been providing top quality engineering and technical services for the past twenty years to federal agencies including FAA, NASA, Navy, Army, Air Force, and to private industry. AS&T enjoys a well-documented record of success regarding contract performance and customer satisfaction as evidenced by it's many follow on and long term contracts awarded.

AS&T has extensive experience in providing project engineering services for many large scale, multidimensional Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Defense (DOD) and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Programs. Key personnel have over 300 years of project management and project engineering experience directly related to real-time engineering programs within these agencies. Currently, AS&T is providing project engineering support to many FAA and DOD programs. Key programs supported by AS&T project engineering personnel are the U.S. Navy's AEGIS Combat System and the Ballistic Missile Defense programs, the US Coast Guard Integrated Deepwater System (IDS), and The FAA Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) and Enhanced Traffic Management System (ETMS).
