Phoenix Group of Virginia is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting major Navy programs and ship life cycle sustainment. In this critical role, you will support the Logistics Manager and Carrier Availability Logistics Integration Coordinator (CALICo) by performing technical reviews, logistics planning, and configuration management support for CVN platforms. You will play a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery and certification of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) products across the ship’s life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Programmatic & Technical Logistics Support

  • Perform reviews of engineering drawings, change packages, and configuration data to evaluate ILS impacts.

  • Assist with the ILS certification process, including SCD validations and risk assessments.

  • Monitor and manage ILS product delivery milestones using LPDS and related tracking systems.

Documentation & Analysis

  • Draft logistics documents, prepare reports, briefings, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Support Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) meetings with analysis, issue resolution, and coordination materials.

  • Develop and maintain logistics data using systems like CDMD-OA, TDMIS, PMSMIS, and NDE.

Support Areas Include:

  • Configuration Management (CM)

  • Material Management & Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD)

  • COSAL, SSRs, and Software Support

  • Preventive Maintenance System (PMS)

  • Steam & Electric Plant Support

  • Technical Manuals and Training Systems

What You Bring:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Formal logistics management training highly desired)

  • 3+ years of experience supporting technical or engineering projects, including installation, testing, repair, or modernization

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with government, military, and contractor stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Access, Visio)

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred / Specialized Experience:

  • Knowledge of Navy logistics and supply chain systems

  • Familiarity with CVN ILS certification processes

  • Experience with Navy PMS, SISCAL, COSAL, and Navy procurement systems

  • Previous Navy experience in technician, engineering, logistics, or storekeeper roles

  • Experience managing or supporting programs related to shipboard HM&E, combat systems, or IT networks

  • Ability to interpret data from logistics systems and propose actionable solutions
