Phoenix Group of Virginia is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst – CBRN to support ship acquisition and fleet sustainment logistics. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) supply chain management who wants to make a tangible impact on mission readiness for the U.S. Navy, Military Sealift Command (MSC), and other maritime operations.

As a trusted expert, you will lead complex logistics operations from material identification through delivery, ensuring supply chain efficiency and readiness in both CONUS and OCONUS environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical logistics support for CBRN-related materials and services.

  • Manage end-to-end material logistics including requisitioning, tracking, shipping, and expediting using MILSTRIP and the Defense Transportation System (DTS).

  • Source materials from both commercial and federal suppliers to meet planned and emergent maintenance requirements.

  • Review and audit acquisition documentation, technical specifications, vendor purchase orders, and inventory data to support material readiness.

  • Conduct causative research and resolve inventory discrepancies related to gains and losses.

  • Define and maintain inventory management posture, including reorder frequency and optimal stock levels.

  • Advise leadership on procurement actions, GCPC use, and material requirement planning.

  • Analyze and document supply chain performance metrics, recommend improvements to business processes, and support logistics systems upgrades.

  • Work collaboratively with government officials and internal teams to ensure seamless sustainment logistics execution.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • A minimum of 12 years of logistics experience supporting MSC, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, or commercial ship operations

  • Demonstrated expertise in:

    • CBRN-related supply chain management

    • Federal supply systems and DoD requisitioning (MILSTRIP)

    • DTS and commercial logistics systems

    • Inventory auditing and causative research

    • Technical documentation review and analysis

  • Experience coordinating procurement actions for both standard (NSN) and non-standard (commercial) materials

  • Familiarity with Government Credit Purchase Card (GCPC) use and policies
