Phoenix Group of Virginia is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Management Analyst – Gas Mask to support the U.S. Navy and Military Sealift Command (MSC) by ensuring the readiness, testing, and tracking of critical gas mask equipment. This specialized logistics role is essential to maintaining shipboard safety and preparedness for CBRN-D (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Defense) threats.

If you have a background in logistics, damage control, or CBRN support—and want to make an operational impact—this role offers a chance to directly support frontline defense systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test gas masks using the Joint Services Mask Leakage Tester (JSMLT) and M41 Protective Assessment Test System (PATS) to verify readiness for shipboard use.

  • Maintain detailed records of equipment testing, status, and certification cycles.

  • Identify, source, and track the procurement of gas mask components and related materials from federal and commercial suppliers.

  • Manage material ordering, submission, and expediting using DoD and Navy MILSTRIP systems.

  • Monitor and adjust inventory posture, reorder cycles, and stock levels to meet operational shipboard needs.

  • Support the sustainment of CBRN-D logistics systems and recommend improvements based on test results and usage trends.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in medical or protective equipment logistics

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and reporting

  • Hands-on experience with gas mask testing equipment (JSMLT and/or M41 PATS) strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with CBRN-D protocols or damage control operations desired

  • Experience in Navy logistics systems and supply chain best practices
